Dear Mr. Thorne:

Enclosed please find two export license applications (XB001249 and XB001250) from Safety Light Corporation requesting authorization to export tritium to Canada.

Application XB001249 requests authorization to export 45,000 curies of tritium contained in sealed self-luminous glass light. sources for installation in exit and safety signs. Each glass tube source contains a maximum of 5 curies of tritium.

Application XB001250 requests authorization to export 900,000 curies of tritium (300,000 ci/yr for three years) to cover tritium contained in sealed self-luminous glass light sources for installation in long distance marker assemblies. Each source contains a maximum of 240 curies.
