REVISED' AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 342 l
The Committee To Review Generic Req'uirements'(CRGR) will meet on Tuesday, June 22, 1999, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, in Room T 285. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 am - 10:00 am B. Boger will present for CRGR re-review and en'dorsement the Graded Quality Assurance Inspection Guidance. (No formal review
- package).' This topic was reviewed, but not endorsed, at the Committee's 333* meeting.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm C. E. Rossi (RES) will brief the CRGR on two Commission papers titled: " Treatment of Voluntary Initiatives in Regulatory Analyses," and l
" Treatment of Averted Onsite Costs in Regulatory Analyses."(No formal review package).
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his or her responsibility to ensure that an altemate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meet'g. Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) ensuring that the i foostion required for
. CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B);
i (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices; (3) as approprime, ensuring that other offices are represented during the presentation; (4) forwarding, by e-mail or overnight mail, a copy of the presentation material to CRGR regional member, Jon Johnson, Ril, who would be participating via video-conferencing; (5) forwarding by e-mail the incoming review request, background material, if available, and presentation material to Janice Moore, the Committee's OGC member; and (6) ensuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR
- contact (Raji Tripathi,415-7584) and others involved with the presentation. Sponsoring Division Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda items under their
