Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
3 This is an affirmation session, and we have one item 4
before us this afternoon.
5 Before I ask the Secretary to lead us through the 6
item, I should point out that Commissioner Roberts and 7
Commissioner Asselstine are not with us.
8 Do any of my fellow Commissioners have_any remarks to 9
make?

If not, Mr. Chilk, will you lead us 12 through the item, please.
13 MR. CHILK:
The item is SECY 87-65, entitled 14
" Revision to NRC Policy Statement, Guidelines for the NRC 15 Review of Agreement State Radiation Control Programs.
16 In this paper the commission is being asked to 17 approve some minor revisions to the NRC policy statement on 18 guidelines for the review of agreement state radiation control 19 programs.
All Commissioners approved these minor revisions, 20 with some editorial change recommended by commissioner carr.
21 Would you please affirm your votes?
