On behalf of the Susquehanna Valley Alliance, I am requesting the following materials under the Freedom of Information Act:
- 1. With regard to the Commission's denial of the Aamodt Motion for Reconsideration of January 15, 1985 (CLI 84-22) as expressed in Commission Memorandum and Order CLI-85-08 of May 16, 1985, (a) Copies of all communications bearing on CLI-85-08 between Commissioners, Commission counsel, and Commission staff and, (b) Copies of all communication between staff members and between staff and Commission counsel.
- 2. A full transcript of the December 2, 1990 and December 3, 1980 interviews of Karl Plumlee by David Gamble that are summarized in Gamble's report, I F Inspectors Alleged Failure to Report Information RE March 28, 1979 Hydrogen Explosion at TMI-2, (pp 24-28) (FOIA 84-921).
We further request that all costs be waived in the public interest.
