In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p),
furnished herewith are copies of marked up changes to the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Physical Security Plan (PSP). describes the reason for the changes and why the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. contains the changes to the Physical Security Plar..'j The changes are those required as a result of the Security Task Force described in the Reference.
The changes will be incorporated into Revision 11 to the Physical Security Plan. gives a summary of actions performed by the Security Task Force.
The attached documents contain Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and, therefore, should be withheld from public disclosure.
This letter, when seperated from the attachments, does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
