Revision 1 was approved in an SER dated February 17, 1983.
The enclosed report is identical to the report approved in the February 17, 1987 SER except that the SER has been reprinted as part of the report and an "A" has been added to the report number.
This report has been declassified to a non-proprietary document. We no longer feel this information provides Northern States Power or Utility Associates International with a competitive advantage. We have observed similar methodology in the industry since the submittal of this document.
