This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 11, 1985, which transmitted changes to the " Physical Security Plan - Morris Operations" to the' Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards.

The Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards has determined that the submitted changes are appropriate for submittal under the provisions of 10 CFR 72.84(b), and therefore, not subject to an administrative amendment ,

fee. The Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards fee management personnel will be returning the amendment fee forwarded in your letter.

We have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 72.84(b) and are therefore acceptable.

The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
