date for submittal of the Fundamental Nuclear Materials y
Control Plan as required by 10 CFR 74.
Conflicts in our b
current work schedule will not allow adequate time to properly prepare and review the FNMC Plan on or before the L
submittal deadline.
As a result, we are requesting that we be allowed to extend the FNMC Plan due date from August 26, 1985 as indicated in 10 CFR 74.31(b) (1) to January 31, 1986.
