c The purpose of this letter is to notify you that, pursuant to 10 CFR 70.38(d),
Seattle Univemty has begun the process of decommissioning of its nuclear facility. The 2190 kg of uranium enriched to 0.947% held under license SNM 589 will be transferred to the Department of Energy's Uranium Management Center. The packaging of the uranium and preparation for transport is now projected to take place during the week of July 26, 1999.
