It is our understanding that you are considering conducting activities pursuant to 10 CFR Part 150.20 (reciprocity) in NRC jurisdiction states under authority of your Agreement State License (ARK-641-BR-04-87).
Since we have been unable to contact you by telephone, this letter will serve to inform you that you must comply fully with the requirements of 10 CFR 150.20 which includes the submission of a Form NRC-241 describing your proposed activities to the Region IV office.
