AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 344 The Committee To Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Wednesday, July 21.
1999, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, in Room T-2-85. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 am - 10:00 am D. Matthews (NRR) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the draft final rule," Changes to Requirements for Environmental Review of Nuclear Power plant Licenses." (CRGR ltem No. 220, was received on July 6,1999, and distributed to the members on July 7, 1999)
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his or her responsibility to ensure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting. Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) ensuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B); (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices; (3) as appropriate, ensuring that other offices are represented during the presentation; (4) forwarding, by e-mail or overnight mail, a copy of the presentation material to CRGR regional member, Jon Johnson, Ril, who would be participating via video-
- conferencing; (5) forwarding by e-mail the incoming review request, background material, if available, and presentation material to Janice Moore, the Committee's OGC member; and (6) ensuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (Raji Topathi, 415-7584) and others involved with the presentation. Sponsoring Division Directors or higher k
management should attend meetings addressing agenda items under their purview.
