Toledo Edison Company Notices of Violation for alleged violations iden-tified in inspection Report No. 50-346/85009 (DRS) and 50-346/85016 (DRP).
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR Part 2.201, Toledo Edison is required to submit a written, response to the Notices of Violation by June 27, 1985 and June 28, 1985.

In order to provide a complete and detailed response to the Notices of Violation Thledo Edison hereby respectfully requests an extension of the responses duc'date to July 27,,1985, based on the following circumstances:
