April 24, 1987 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Attorney General James M. Shannon's Motion to Reconsider Licensing Board Conference Call Ruling of April 13, 1987 and Order of April 15, 1987 filed April 23, 1987 has been considered by the Board.
In the interest of promptly making its decision known, the Board will not delay the ruling to consider possible responses.
The Attorney General has not demonstrated any good cause to this Board for reconsideration of its ruling made during the conference calls of April 13, 1987. We have said it twice and now three times that this Board intends to litigate the contentions before us on the issues of sheltering, ETEs ani Montamination facilities.
The specific contentions are: on sheltering, SAPL 16, T0H VIII and NECNP RERP-8; on ETEs, SAPL 31 and T0H III; and on decontamination facilities, SAPL 7 and 33.

, The Board's ruling on Attorney G<!neral Shannon's Interrogatory No.137 has been reviewed and no good cause demonstrated to alter our ruling. We, for the last time, advise the Commonwealth's attorneys that this Board will not order Applicants to crebte documents for this intervenor. Accordingly, we reaffirm our Order of April 15, 1987.
