CORRECTION TO MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ISSUED APRIL 23, 1987 On April 23, 1987, the Board issued a Memorandum and Order dealing with the postponement of the May 4,1987 starting date for the OL-3 reception center hearing. At page 3 of the memorandum, the Board stated, "The Board also announced during the conference that this scheduling change would not affect the existing due dates for filing responses to motions to strike." The quoted statement is incorrect for the Board had given the parties the standard time provided for in the Commission's Rules of Practice to respond to the motions. That differs from the April 27, 1987 date previously set.
The parties were notified of this correction on April 27, 1987.
