Re: La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 53 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the la Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR).
This amendment is in response to your application dated July 11, 1984 as amended by letter dated September 17, 1985.
The amendment changes the Technical Specification by adding operational requirements on the Containment Building ventilation isolation inlet and exhaust dampers. In addition, a typographical error made on page 29h as issued in Amendment 50 has been corrected.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notices.
