NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO SUFFOLK COUNTY'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REBUTTAL TESTIMONY On April 17, 1987, Intervenor Suffolk County filed its " Motion for Leave to File Rebuttal Testimony", which asked leave of the Board to file rebuttal testimony addressing the testimony of Staff witness Lewis G.
Hulman.
The Staff does not object to the filing of such testimony, provided: the rebuttal testimony is confined to the scope of Mr. Hulman's direct testimony and the parties will have the opportunity to move to strike any portions of the rebuttal testimony not properly before the Board.
