CONFIRMATION OF ACTION LETTER This is to confirm the conversation between Mr. William Shamel, Northwest X-Ray, Inc., and Mr. R. L. Bangart, USNRC, Region IV, on June 27, 1985. Based on our conversation, it is my understanding that Northwest X-Ray, Inc. is taking the following. action:
You will not conduct radiographic operations using licensed materials in states where the NRC has jurisdiction until such time as the NRC authorizes resumption of the activities in NRC states.
