Dear Mr. Denise:
The purpose of this letter is to clarify the energency use of the Wolf Creek plant access road.
The plant access road to Wolf Creek is in the process of being resurfaced, and is presently closed to routine traffic.
During an energency, however, the access road will be open and passable for the evacuation of non-essential personnel, ingress and egress of emergency
- vehicles, and for responding NIC personnel.
Once resurfaced it will return to its use as the -ormal plant access road.
