TI e Comission rules require responses to motions within ten days of service, allowing five days for service. GPUN gave no reason why Comission rules would not apply.
GPONresponded eighteen days after service of the Aamodt motion.
GPUN responded too late, by their own choice, knowing well the Comission rules, and made no request for leniency.
