'331 was not performed and logged. The classified repository was locked but the check was not performed. This infraction was

rzcognized by a C-331 employee who was checking the safe on 6/3/99. No compromise of classified information occurred.

\\ confidential Restricted Data stored outside the Controlled Access Area. During a classification review on 6/7/99 it was discovered that 4 copies of an unmarked 1993 document contained confidential restricted data that had been prepared and stored outside Controlled Access Area from 1993 until 8/4/97. Document was transmitted to Records Management on 8/4/97 and stored in the C-710 vault which is inside the CAA. Document was immediately protected as classified upon discovery of containing CRD. No known compromise of classified information occurred.

During ADC review of litigation documentation, a CRD document was found containing CRD but not marked as CRD. Document was subsequently protected as CRD and retained by Secunty.
This event is reportable as 'any infractions, losses, compromises, or possible compromise of classified information or classified documents not falling within 10CFR95.57(a)". It is being logged per 10CFR95.57(b).
Tha NRC resident inspector has been notified of this event.
