j Japan. This material is intended for enrichment in Japan fer the ournose of evaluating the characteristics of UF produced by Allied Corporation.

6 Before taking action on this license aoplication, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures, as to whether the 9roposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act as amended.

Please note that the country of origin of this material is Canada.

Note, too, that the proposed export involves the enrichment of U.S. exported material.
