Closecut of Contract No. NRC-04-95-038 We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed, A previous deobligation to the contract in the amount of $41.70 was made on March 24, 1999. A recent obligation to the contract in the amount of $39.30 is being accomplished by this letter. After payment of Final invoice #365910-31of $39.30, total payment in the amount of $348,997.60 will be accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
