Enclosure 1 is the Sequoyah 10 CFR 50.49 list. The equipment on the list will be maintained quallfled through documented maintenance programs. As you are aware this list will change as modifications are made or new issues arise. Plant and engineering procedures are in place in the program to ensure equipment is properly added to the M

list. Enclosure 2 describes four activities presently underway that could m

cause additions to the IIst before restart.
