i Mr. MacDonald, 4i We received your letter dated 2 JUN 86 informing us that our Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0448 expires on July 31, 1986.
I am enclosing modification 1 to our 10 CFR 71 Quality Assurance Program and a check for the $150.00.
We feel that this cost is unnecessary and not required when the license is a general one issued according to 71.17(a) or 71.14(a) to companies which already have a license issued by the NRC.
