(now Amershan Corporation) application dated October 29, 1981.

The present certificate holder, U.S. Department of Energy, has advised the iMC that they would not request renewal of the certificate. Amersham Corporation will therefore become the certificate holder of record.

The staff concludes that the ' statements of the original application dated October 29, 1981, satisfy the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
