is hereby amended to authorize changes in the corporate name and site management. Accordingly, Condition 1 is revised to read: UNC Recovery Systems, and Condition 9 is revised to include new pages for Subsections 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, and 206 and for Figures 201-1 and 201_11, (all issued on i
March 6, 1087).
Subsection 204 was not included in your application. Accordingly, no action has been taken on Subsection 204. The resumes of the Environmental Affairs and Site Managers are not incorporated into the license.
All other ccnditions of this license shall remain the same.
