SUBJECT:

DELAY IN SUBMITTING HYDROLOGIC ENGINEERING INPUT FOR THE WNP-3 SER SER input for WNP-3 is currently scheduled for June 5,1984. However, we have been advised by the WNP-3 PM, Vic Nerses, that the draft SER which we provided to you on December 15,1983 has not yet been issued and the publica-tion date for the SER could be slipped to as late as January 1986. This being the case, we will not provide WiiP-3 SER input by June 5 so that we can utilize our time on higher priority work. At the present time, we anticipate providing SER input for WNP-3 by September 1984, provided that l

the applicant has addressed all of the open and confirmatory items in our draft SER.
