WNP-3 SER SQiEDULE I

1 The WNP-3 SER schedule calls for receipt of SER input from DSI to DL by June 5, 1984. Je are aware that the plant has been delayed for an undetemined time period, and we have not received responses to our questions on the FSAR.

Since DL has not yet issued a memorandum officially establishing the delay, we are advising ~you that we will not be able to provide you with l

SER input by the requested date.

We have currently teminated all review activities on WriP-3.

Upon receipt of responses from the applicant, or establishment of a new review schedule from DL, we will recew our review activities and l

establish a new SER input schedule with you.
