This is in regard to your request dated March 24,1999, as supplemented June 4,1999, for approval of the Ports of Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey; Port of Baltimore, Maryland (Dundalk); and the Port of Portsmouth, Virginia (Portsmouth Marine Terminal).
The ports listed above meet the regulatory requirements in accordance with 10 CFR 73.37 for transient sper.t fuel shipments and unless renewed, this approval will expire two years from the date of this letter.
