Enclosure 2 to this letter transmits, for NRC's review, one final report addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant NSRS concerns. The Sequoyah Site Director has reviewed all of these items and concurs that they will be resolved before restart. As indicated by the report cover sheet, this report has completed final review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management.
