Attention: Mr. J. Nelson Grace In previous correspondence on this subject, Georgia Power Company described a potentially reportable condition whereby air supply tubing to the solenoid air control valves for the Control Room isolation dampers was not in conformance with design requirements and vent ports were plugged with screw-on plugs.
Georgia Power Company 'has completed its evaluation of this condition and has concluded that it could not have adversely affected the safety of operations of the plant.
Therefore, this condition is not reportable pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e) or 10 CFR 21.
