Nelson Grace Our previous correspondence on this subject notified the USNRC of a reportable concern pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e) and 10 CFR 21.
Threaded caps were erroneously installed on Unit 1 i
l accumulator nitroger, vent lines and were erroneously shown on the orthographic drawing for the Unit 2 accumulator.
Item 4 in the
" corrective action" section of the evaluation summary attached to this correspondence indicates that the orthographic drawing was revised and the Unit 2 vent line would be shown correctly on isometric drawing 2K4-2402-029-01 when it is issued.
Georgia Power Company has now decided to show the Unit 2 accumulator nitrogen vent line on an existing isometric drawing ( 2J4-2402-008-01).
Drawing 2K4-2402-029-01 will not be issued.
All corrective actions relative to CDR 85-86 are now complete.
This correspondence contains no proprietary information and may be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
