AMENDMENT N0. 7 TO FACILITY LICENSE N0. TR-3, PLUM BROOK TEST REACTOR The Commission has issued Amendment No. 7 to Facility License No. TR-3 for the Plum Brook Test Reactor. The amendment effectively rescinds the current
" Order Authorizing Dismantling of Facilities and Disposition of Component Parts", issued May 26, 1981, and authorizes reinstatement and renewal of License No. TR-3, to possess-but-not-operate the Plum Brook Test Reactor, in accordance with your application dated July 26, 1985. A " Notice of Consideration of Application for Reinstatement and Renewal of Reactor Facility License" was published in the Federal Register on August 12, 1986, at 51 FR 28908. No request for a hearing or petition for leave to intervene was filed following notice of the proposed action.
Copies of Amendment No. 7, the related Safety Evaluation, and the Notice of Reinstatement and Renewal are enclosed.
