Dear Mr. Lofy:
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds in the amount of $4,142.65 under the subject task order, thereby decreasing the obligated amount from $32,797.12 to $28,654.47.
Please note that while you did not request the 15% fee withholding in your letter of February 25, 1999, our records indicate the fee has not been paid. Therefore, fee in the amount of $129.12 will be released for payment.
