Dear Ms. Hwang:
The purpose of this task order modification is to deobligEte excess funds in the amount of
$1999.26 from this expired task order. Accordingly, Task Order No.1 is hereby changed as follows:
The total cost plus fixed fee for this task order will remain $37,806 in which the amount of
$35,006 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $2,800 represents the fixed fee.
j All other terms and conditions remain unchanged $1999.26 in funding for this task order is hereby deobligated. This reduces the total funds obligated on this task order from $37,806 to
$35,806.74 of which $33,006.74 is available for reimbursement of costs incurred and $2800 for the fixed fee.
