NRC-38-96-282 MODIFICATION NO. 21 PAGE 2 0F 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by $23,000.00, from $1,486,800.00 to $1,509,800.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B. Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORDERS ;
(JUNE 1988), paragraph b. , first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and )
substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated in the contract is $1.509,800.00."

A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY 96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY 97 OBLIGATIONS: $363,000.00 TOTAL FY 98 OBLIGATIONS: $469,000.00 TOTAL FY 99 OBLIGATIONS: $382,800.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF NRC OBLIGATIONS: $1,509,800.00 This modification obligates funds in the amount of $23,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of $2,996,642.00, remain unchanged.
