List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: NAC International, Inc.
MAGNASTOR Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, Amendment No.
9 [RIN 3150-AK50, NRC-2020-0166].
Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs spent fuel storage regulations by adding a new concrete storage overpack and four new heat load zone patterns, among other revisions, to the certificate of compliance for the NAC International, Inc.
MAGNASTOR Storage System, which is on the list of NRC-approved cask designs.
Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication, unless a significant adverse comment is received.
