ORDER (Setting Time to Respond to LILCO's Motion to Compel)

On March 18, 1987 a motion was received from LILCO to compel the State of New York and Suffolk County to respond to its first set of requestr for admissions regarding reception centers, of March 3, 1987.

Applicant's prefiled testimony is due March 30, 1987. This L

necessitates a shortened period for the response to the motion.

It is hereby ordered that responses to the motion to compel be filed with the Licensing Board, in hand, no later than the close of business Tuesday, March 24, 1987.
