TOWN.QE HAMPTON MOTION EQB PROTECTIVE ORDER NOW COMES the TOWN OF HAMPTON, pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.7 40 (c), and moves this Board to enter a Protective Order prohibiting Applicant f rom obtaining f urther discovery on the issues raised in Interrogatories S-4, S-5, S-6, and S-7, previously served by Applicant upon the Town.
