This letter is written to request an amendment to License SNM-777, Docket 70-820, Page 1 of HRC Form 374, entitled Materials License, dated May 10, 1984.
UNC wishes to reduce the possession limits under Section 8, A and B, to read A.
700 grams contained U-235, and B.
700 grams (cource material). This is being requested to reflect the current level of i
decommissioning.
UNC believes this to be an administrative amendment in nature and, as such, is enclosing a check forthe associrtted fee in the amount of $150.00.
