On January 27-28, 1987, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your
facility who had applied for licenses to operate your University of Lowell
Reactor. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and
preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this
