Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 Based on a desk review on your submittal of FY '86 costs, the revised provisional f ringe benefit rate f rom 29.92% to 38.07% and overhead rate f rom 119% to 169.10% f or the period October 1, 1995 through June 30, 1986 were found to be reasonable.
This modification will therefore 1) revise the provisional rates f or the period October 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986, 2) increase the cost ceiling and the amount obligated by $20,748.03 to cover the adjustment to the provisional rates.
The f ollowing changes are hereby made 1.
Paragraphs A.
and B. under Section G.2 entitled "Eciner Er0 gilts _ggq_(gbet_Qvethggd_Betts" are revised as f ollows:
"A.
Pending the establishment of final fringe benefit rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed f or allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 38.07% of direct labor for the period October 1,
1985 through June 30, 1986.
The provisional rate of 29.92% of direct labor shall be used f or the period July 1, 1986 through March 31, 1987.
B.
Pending the establishment of final labor overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed f or allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 169.10% of direct labor and fringe benefits f or the period October 1,
1985 through June 30, 1986.
The provi si onal rate of 119% of direct labor and f ringe benefits shall be used f or the period July 1, 1986 through March 31, 1987."

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be
$552,061.83 of which the sum of $517,303.83 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$34,758.00 represents the fixed f ee.

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $552,061.83 of which
$517,303.83 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $34,759.00 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
