Modification No. 12 to Interagency Agreement No.
NRC-02-81-036. Entitled "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers /
Geotechnical Assistance" Effective June 2,1981, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (C0E) entered into an agreement for a project entitled "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers /Geotechnical Assistance."
Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under this Interagency Agreement. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the Agreement amount and the amount obligated by the NRC, 3
as follows:
Article V - Estimated Cost and Obligation of Funds A.
The estimated cost to the NRC of the work to be performed hereunder is decreased by $134,000.00 from $239,856.25 to $105,857.25.
B.
The amount presently obligated by the hRC for the performance of work hereunder is decreased by $134,000.00 fron $239,857.25 to
