Modification No. 12 to Interagency Agreement No.
NRC-02-81-036. Entitled "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers /
Geotechnical Assistance" Effective June 2,1981, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (C0E) entered into an agreement for a project entitled "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers /Geotechnical Assistance."
Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under this Interagency Agreement. Therefore, the purpose of this modification 3 is to decrease the Agreement amount and the amount obligated by the NRC, as follows:
Article V - Estimated Cost and Obligation of Funds A. The estimated cost to the NRC of the work to be performed hereunder is decreased by $134,000.00 from $239,856.25 to $105,857.25.
B. The amount presently obligated by the hRC for the performance of work hereunder is decreased by $134,000.00 fron $239,857.25 to
$105,857.25, chargeable to the following accounting data:
