Management Responsibility for UNC Recovery Systems

Dear Mr. Crow:

This letter is to inform you that, in these final stages of I

decontamination and decommissioning of the UNC Recovery Systems facility in Wood River Junction, Rhode Island, management responsibility for the facility has been transferred from the undersigned at UNC Naval Products to UNC's Corporate offices.

The individual assigned by UNC Corporate to complete the remainder of the work leading to license termination is:
