Application for Renewal of QA Program Approval 0252 Dayton X-Ray Company is submitting for your approval the enclosed five copies of our transportation QA program.
A renewal license application was submitted to Region III on March 28, 1985 which contained Section 11.0 Description of Quality Assurance Program for Type B Quantity Shipments of Radioactive Material.
The license was renewed on September 24, 1985 and it was assumed that the submitted QA program was approved as an integral part of that license application.
