This refers to your application dated August 27, 1985, as supplemented by your
-January 10, 1986 letter, requesting approval of your Quality Assurance Program.
By' letters dated October 3, 1985 and January 21, 1986, additional information was requested and copies of Annex 3 of USNRC Regulatory Guide 7.10 and a sample program which pertained to Quality Assurance Programs were provided to you. As of the date of this letter, the additional information has not been received.
In the absence of the information upon which to base a finding that the applicable requirements of Subpart H to 10 CFR Part 71 are met, your application requesting Quality Assurance Program approval is denied without prejudice.
