The purpose of this modification is to revise Section F - Deliveries and Performance, to include requirements which were inattentively omitted. Therefore, this contract is revised as follows:

Subsection F.1 under Section F. Deliveries and Performance, is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

NDC-33-87-??4 Pace 2 of 2 F.1 Reports. Documentation and Other Deliverable End Items A.
All technical reports required by Section C and all Technical Progress Reports required by Section F are to be prepared in accordance with the attached NRC Manual Chapter 3202. NRC Manual Chapter 3202 is not applicable to the Spending Plan and the financial Status Report.
B.
Task Deliverables All deliverables shall be identified in each Task order issued under this contract.
C.
Status Reports The contractor shall submit a task status report covering each active task under the contract to the Project Officer and Contractino Officer on a monthly basis. This report shall include a discussion of work accomplished, work planned, problems encountered or expected and the proposed resolution of any problems. This report shall also sumarize costs expended and available funds for each task order.
F(rmal task status meetinos may also be required from time to time at the discretion of the NRC Pro.iect Officer or at the request of the contractor's Project Manager for discussion of topics outlined in the written status reports. The status report is due on the final business day of each month by close of business.
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiliq ($3,668,617.00), remain the same.
