In the Toledo Edison letter dated February 13, 1986 (Serial No. 1242), it was stated that proposed Work Plans for the special studies and several sample llEDs that demonstrate the upgrading of IIED documentation would be submitted within 30 days after Restart.
We were unable to meet the existing date and received a verbal extension to February 18, 1987.
By mid-February, the Study Plans had been created and work based on them had begun, however, it was determined that although the format of the plans was acceptable for NRC submittal, the review and responsibilities were not clearly delineated.
Toledo Edison therefore requests an extension to April 1, 1987, for submittal of the 11 Iluman Factors Study Plans and the sample llEDs.
