-1. R. Cleveland, NRR, called 10/1/86 to indicate NRR had no comments.

2. Called Region II; secretary to J. Nelson Grace indicated Region II had no coments. (10/1/86) .

3. Called Region V (10/1/86), secretary to J. B. Martin indicated they had not received package of 9/9/86. It was indicated by Region V that since they had no coments on the proposed rule, it was unlikely they would have any on the final rule. I indicated I would send copy of rule to them when it went for office concurrence.

4. IE (Duke Wheeler, J. Partlow's Division) called and said IE had no comments (10/1/86), but wanted to get copies of rule when it went to f EDO and Federal Register (copies to J. Partlow and G. Klingler).
