1987 PALISADES EMERGENCY EXERCISE SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES (75 DAY LETTER) CORRECTION Consumers Power Company letter dated March 5, 1987, provided the 1987 Palisades Emergency Exercise Scope and Objectives. One of the objectives, Item 3c " Collection and Analysis of a Post-Accident Sample," should be deleted per a March 10, 1987, telephone conversation between APKatarsky, Consumers Power Company, and JPPatterson of the NRC. As explained in that conversation, the Palisades Post Accident Sampling Panel is being replaced and will not be available for the exercise. However, when installation and Training on the new panel have been completed, Consumers Power Compar.y will notify the NRC so that a d7:111 on the equipment may be conducted for NRC observation.
